"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where niether moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where theives do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." St. Matthew 6: 19-21

Mormon Church Humanitarian Efforts Review
I love this. This particular one is a little old, but the message is still good. The last General Conference we were reminded to continue in these efforts and to assist the poor and needy. This is something that I have taken very seriously. I love the Church's efforts in humanitarian work around the world and I am glad to be a part of it through my donations. Lisa and I particularly like the efforts of the perpetual education fund--assisting those in third world countries obtain a higher education.
